We are looking for a
IT Operations Specialist (Application Support)
(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Verl, or Baden-Baden – hydrid working conditions available.
What will be your challenge in the role:
Operate and maintain business-critical applications in accordance with ITIL (Service Operations)
Handle incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring stable average resolution time
Ensure the availability of critical applications and components
Report and document disruptions for operation, changes, and deployment
Support debugging at source-code level and contribute to testing activities
Work closely with software developers to troubleshoot issues and support the further development of our applications
What you need to succeed in the role:
You have a degree in business informatics, information technology, or equivalent
You have 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, Azure, C#)
You're a team player, result-oriented, and eager to tackle new challenges
You know how to communicate with different businesses and tech stakeholders, and you speak English fluently
You are curious, self-driven, and willing to grow with the team and the company
