Compensation:

➔ $26 - $40/ hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Location: Lot in North Phoenix - Happy Valley & I17, Service Valley Wide

Requirements:

• Arborist certification or 2-3 years climbing experience.
• Expert knowledge of climbing tools and equipment.
• Pruning experience.
• Knowledge of industry best practices.
• Strong dedication to safety.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to safely operate a chainsaw.
• Rigging experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (REQUIRED)

Job Description:

• Tree trimming/ pruning & removals at both residential and commercial job sites.
• Lead crew to hit safety and performance objectives.
• Coordinate staff, equipment, and job sites to maximize productivity.
• Create a positive work environment.
• Foster teamwork and excellent communication.
• Set an example for the highest standards of safety and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Tree Trimming / Pruning: 2 years (Required)
• Climbing (Unless ISA certified): 2 years (Required)
