The Brand Leader/President for
Maid Brigade
at
Evive Brands
will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for all facets of the brand. This includes overseeing franchise development, franchisee support, operations, marketing, training, financial performance, and long-term growth strategy. This hands-on leader will serve as the primary ambassador for the brand, fostering a culture of excellence and alignment with the values and mission of Evive Brands.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned Evive Brands' overall goals.
- Partner with Evive's executive leadership team to ensure growth strategy is supported by shared service in marketing, IT, finance, HR and training.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, service innovations, and competitive advantages.
- Strengthen focus on franchise ROI: Ensure franchisees achieve profitability benchmarks and receive proactive coaching to scale their businesses.
- Establish scalable infrastructure, systems, and processes to support national franchise expansion.
- Regularly review unit economics and provide actionable insights to franchisees to drive long-term equity value in their businesses.
- Analyze and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), unit economics, and brand performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Evive leadership team to align brand goals and initiatives.
- Proactively identify risks and adapt strategies to ensure project success and operational stability.
- Lead the full franchise lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, support, and performance coaching.
- Build and nurture a collaborative and high-performing franchisee network focused on operational excellence and shared best practices.
- Ensure franchisees have access to standardized tools, resources, and training programs to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Implement operational standards, franchise performance benchmarks, and field support strategies to drive franchisee profitability and satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care across all franchise locations.
- Establish and maintain brand standards, compliance protocols, and quality assurance systems.
- Drive operational efficiency through workflow enhancements, technology solutions, and standardized procedures.
- Work with internal stakeholders (HR. marketing, training, legal, finance) to create cohesive, brand-supportive systems and communications.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing brand support team that is aligned to shared services and brand-specific needs.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and mission-aligned culture across all levels of the organization.
- Serve as the face of the brand to build visibility within the franchising community to position the brand as an industry leader.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key external partners, vendors, and industry thought leaders.
- Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure the brand remains compliant, competitive, and innovative.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in franchise operations and development. Home service brand experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of executive-level leadership with a strong track record of success in brand oversight or general management.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations, scaling franchise networks, and improving franchise unit performance.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and interpreting business performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to inspire franchisees, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Visionary leader with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to growth and operational excellence.
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required;
