We’re looking for a Speech Therapist who thrives on connection, problem-solving, and helping patients live their best possible lives to provide care across the greater Flint area (Lapeer/Davison/Fenton/Swartz Creek, etc.)
In this role, you will:
* Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations and create individualized care plans.
* Deliver skilled therapy to improve communication, swallowing, and functional independence.
* Teach patients and families strategies to support therapy goals at home.
* Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure seamless care.
* Keep documentation accurate, timely, and compliant with state, federal, CHAP, and Joint Commission regulations.
You’re a great fit if you:
* Meet the education and experience requirements for the CCC from ASHA, or are completing supervised experience toward certification.
* Hold current Michigan licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Have at least one year of healthcare experience.
* Are compassionate, resourceful, and an excellent communicator.
* Have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
