Now, we're ready to bring in someone who can take on an entrepreneur role facilitating our digital growth, build systems from the ground up, and directly shape the way we connect with customers.

What You'll Do

• Build and run digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta, email, and more.

• Turn our website into a lead-generating machine.

• Experiment, test, and optimize — then double-down on what works.

• Track results, own the numbers, and share wins with the team.

• Think like an owner: budget smart, act fast, and push for growth.

What We're Looking For

• You've run campaigns that delivered real results (traffic, leads, sales).

• You understand SEO, PPC, social ads, and content strategy.

• You're creative, scrappy, and entrepreneurial by nature.

• You thrive when you have autonomy — and accountability.

• Bonus: you've run your own consultancy, freelance business, or agency.
