Your missions:

Your goal is to build best in class and scalable data solutions that meet business needs, accelerate digital transformation, create/maintain a competitive advantage within CEVA’s market segments while ensuring regulatory compliance.

To reach these goals, you need to build a high performing global international team (composed of Data Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Visualization engineers and Data Architect), to manage a modern data platform and to deliver with a Data Factory that can meet the expectations of your customers in the most cost-efficient manner.

You will be responsible for all global and local data solutions and projects for each business/product line.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Management
    - Builds a high performing global international data team, composed of Data Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Data Visualization engineers, that is driven by ambitious and result oriented goals and supports continuous improvement objectives.
    - Manages team capacity (internal & external) and skills to meet the short and medium term needs of the data roadmap.
    - Plays a leading role in the extended Global IS Leadership Team and actively involves zone teams.
  • Portfolio and Project Management
    - Manages data products’ portfolio and delivery roadmap.
    - Builds jointly with product teams the business cases and project Return on Investment assumptions.
    - Applies agile project management methodology and ensures that projects adopt appropriate governance structure, stakeholder involvement and communication.
    - Reviews project timing and cross project relations to mitigate risks, optimize costs and ensure skill availability and resource capacity.
  • Delivery, Service performance and Vendor management
    - Manage an international Data Factory.
    - Commits on the scope, budget, resources and timeline for data projects.
    - Defines SLAs and performance indicators for the main applications with the business teams.
    - Works closely with sourcing and purchasing teams to select preferred global partners that can meet needs.
  • Strategy, Governance and Relationship Management
    - Define global Enterprise Architecture standards for Data landscape and align data solutions to these standards.
    - Leads the Data landscape architecture roadmap to ensure consistency and limit wasteful initiatives.
    - Works closely with business teams to setup optimal organization to streamline and support business requirements and applications.
    - Organizes innovation sharing workshops with customer teams to ensure group’s technology competitive advantage.

Your profile:

  • Master or Engineering degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in a service delivery leadership role, preferably with Data Factory.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive service performance and customer satisfaction through SLAs and performance indicators.
  • Solid expertise with data landscape technology such as: Data Bricks, GCP, Power BI, Tableau CRM Analytics, Python.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decisions and measure service performance.
  • Strong knowledge of agile project management / development / CI-CD methodologies and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong level of proficiency in English, as it involves frequent interaction with English-speaking colleagues and clients.
