The CRM manager will manage a team ofSystems analysts and Developers, supporting our Salesforce implementation. This team will understand the business drivers as well as Salesforce feature set, and develop and implement a roadmap for the various business areas leveraging Salesforce. Responsibilities include:

  • Work with business partners to understand priorities and staffing capacity
  • Lead the team to implement planned projects – analysis, configuration, development
  • Understand Salesforce product roadmap
  • Understand industry trends
  • Create and manage MathWorks Salesforce roadmap
  • Provide R&D for new features, business needs, and app exchangeproducts

Responsibilities

  • Manage systems analysts and web developerssupporting the Salesforce system
  • Work with systems analysts to develop Salesforce roadmap for different business areas
  • Work with business area liaisons to understand their goals and requirements
  • Work with Salesforce contacts to keep up to speed on Salesforce roadmap
  • Manage Salesforce developers to design and implement solutions that balance business needs with technical simplicity

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 2 years management experience is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Management

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Experience with product roadmaps
  • Experience with Sales and Marketing domains
  • Experience managing Systems analysts and developers
  • Salesforce Certifications a plus
