The CRM manager will manage a team ofSystems analysts and Developers, supporting our Salesforce implementation. This team will understand the business drivers as well as Salesforce feature set, and develop and implement a roadmap for the various business areas leveraging Salesforce. Responsibilities include:
- Work with business partners to understand priorities and staffing capacity
- Lead the team to implement planned projects – analysis, configuration, development
- Understand Salesforce product roadmap
- Understand industry trends
- Create and manage MathWorks Salesforce roadmap
- Provide R&D for new features, business needs, and app exchangeproducts

Responsibilities
- Manage systems analysts and web developerssupporting the Salesforce system
- Work with systems analysts to develop Salesforce roadmap for different business areas
- Work with business area liaisons to understand their goals and requirements
- Work with Salesforce contacts to keep up to speed on Salesforce roadmap
- Manage Salesforce developers to design and implement solutions that balance business needs with technical simplicity
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 2 years management experience is required.
