Senior Solutions Architect, Web3 for Startups

As a Solutions Architect, you'll play a crucial role as a technical leader and trusted advisor for our startup clients. Your mission is to assist them in architecting, designing, and constructing scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions using AWS. You will work closely with both technical and business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, crafting optimal cloud-based solutions that inspire innovation and expedite the delivery of their products to market. Responsibilities
Engage directly with startup clients to comprehend their technical needs, business objectives, and growth aspirations, architecting AWS-based solutions that meet their strategic goals. Lead technical discussions and share best practices, providing guidance on AWS architecture, services, and solutions to ensure optimal scalability, performance, and cost management. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to our startup customers' unique needs. Design and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) and reference architectures, showcasing the advantages of AWS services and their potential impact on client businesses. Stay informed on AWS services, industry trends, and best practices, sharing insights with the team to foster continuous improvement and innovation. Participate in workshops, webinars, and events to promote AWS solutions for startups and contribute positively to the growth of the AWS startup ecosystem. Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in technology fields such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, and data & analytics. 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures. 10+ years of experience in IT development or consulting within the software or Internet industries. Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking. Experience collaborating with end-users or developer communities. Experience in building, implementing, or designing Web3 architectures and understanding concepts related to Web3, Blockchain, DeFi, Smart Contracts, or Decentralized Applications. The compensation for this position ranges from $138,200/year in the lowest geographic market to $239,000/year in the highest. Pay is determined by various factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
