WithintheITOperationsunitof Technologies&Operations department,theCore Banking Application Support teamprovidesexpertiseon all core banking applications to operational and financialunitsoftheBankLombardOdier as well as its partners.

YOUR ROLE

• Provide functionalexpertise, analysis and day-today support for accounting, financial and regulatory reporting applications.

• Identify, resolve, and Troubleshoot users queries and monitor rejected transactions.

• Activelycontributetoticketresolution and followupwithdevelopment and production teams.

• Train internal and partners users on new accounting schemes and features of finance applications

• Contribute to quality controls during application releases.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in finance, business, or information technology

• Experience in Support functions or as Business Analyst, Auditor in the banking/financial sector is mandatory.

• Good MS Office skills (specifically Excel) and good general IT landscape knowledge

• Knowledge of SAP BI & R3 will be an advantage.

• Sound communication skills – verbal and written.

• Rigorous, able to work under pressure.

• Proactive and independent in carrying out assigned tasks, problem-solving mindset.

• Team spirit

• Fluent in English and French

• Residence in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
