real estate, wills and estates, corporate/commercial, and litigation

Role Description

This is a full-time Litigation Lawyer role based in Kingston, ON. The Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal issues, providing legal advice, representing clients in courts, and negotiating settlements. The role will involve daily tasks related to litigation cases and legal proceedings.

Qualifications

• Law, Legal Issues, and Legal Advice skills
• Experience in court representation and negotiation
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
• License to practice law in Ontario
