Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of customer service. As a Dynamic Freight Haulers Company Driver, you will operate a company vehicle to deliver goods across various routes, ensuring timely and secure delivery.

Duties

• Operate your designated commercial vehicle to transport freight to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage.
• Maintain accurate up to date paperwork in permit binder at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules, any potential delays or required time off.
• Pre plan your dispatched routes to identify any potential issues before leaving on trip.
• Ensure that all cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transport.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness of all company equipment - Power units and trailers.
• Perform basic truck maintenance as needed to ensure the vehicle remains in good working condition.
• Be ready, willing and able to leave for trips once logbook resets

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (AZ) is required.
• Minimum 2 Year Experience
• Clean driving record
• Proven experience in commercial driving or freight transportation is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on your vehicle.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policy.
