For our estimated client, an international company in the tourism sector, we are looking for a Data Management Employee.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  1. Data entry: update of internal systems with all itineraries related data (departures, services, excursions' details and prices).
  2. Handling and updating of excursions and itineraries content published on consumer websites.
  3. Ensure the accuracy and validity of data, and identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
  4. Guarantee consistency and accuracy of the content distributed internally and externally.
  5. Ensure efficient and correct data flow.
  6. Develop and implement procedures for effective data collection and management.
  7. Collaborate with team to identify and act on opportunities for consistent process improvement.
  8. Fluent command of the English language, especially comprehension and written.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
  10. High level of precision, organization skills, and accountability.
  11. Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data.
  12. Excellent time management skills and ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  13. Past working experience with database systems and management, including data collection, data visualization, report generation, data cleaning, mapping, and manipulation.
