The position:

As the Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering on our commitment of unparalleled customer service by overseeing the Customer Service department. You will oversee the daily operations of our customer service representatives and receptionists, ensuring exceptional customer interactions, efficient administrative processes, and seamless coordination with sales consultants and other team members to uphold our high standards of service and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervise and support customer service and reception staff, including training, performance feedback, and scheduling.
  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing product information and resolving inquiries or complaints.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as processing sales orders, payments, and customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales consultants to coordinate customer service needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, payroll information, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

What you need to be successful:

  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and payroll processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Availability:

This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:

Monday to Sunday from 9:45am to 6:15pm
