Tow Truck Operator Position

NC Ron's Towing is looking to expand our team. We currently have a full time position available for a deck truck operator. As well as casual positions for someone looking for an odd day or out of town work.

Current Position Opening: Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 – 6:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and professional towing services to customers in need. This role requires mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various types of towing equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to towing requests in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate tow trucks and other related vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform vehicle recovery and transport services for disabled or improperly parked vehicles.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of towing activities, including vehicle condition reports and service logs.

Experience

• Proven experience in automotive repair or mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and experience operating tow trucks or similar vehicles is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service roles will be an advantage.
