The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's computer systems and networks. They will ensure that all systems are up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly. The Systems Administrator will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing technical support to employees. Responsibilities: Install and configure software and hardware. Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability. Manage network security and ensure data privacy. Provide technical support to employees. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and networks. Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery. Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security. Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 8+ Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of network security and data privacy principles. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
