Contract-to-Hire (CTH) Work Model:
Hybrid (50%)
Locations:
Pleasanton, Atlanta, and other Workday offices in the USA
Role Focus:
• Build and scale AI-powered contract management solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and data science teams.
• Own and operate key areas of the platform ("you build it, you run it").
Key Requirements:
•
6+ years
in software engineering.
• Strong experience with
Python
and
TypeScript
(NestJS, FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Proficiency with
RDBMS and NoSQL
databases.
• Skilled in
API development ,
cloud environments (AWS) ,
Docker , and
Terraform .
• Familiarity with
Kubernetes ,
DevOps , and
modern distributed systems .
• Strong communication skills, especially with
legal professionals .
• Experience leading projects and participating in
on-call rotations .

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
