Job Title: Senior Software Development Engineer AI Applications Location: USA MO Saint Louis(Dayone onsite) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer with extensive experience in building AI applications using Microsoft AI Foundry, OpenAI, and Microsoft Cloud Platform (MCP). The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to drive AI projects from conception to deployment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement AI applications leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry and OpenAI technologies. Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of software projects while adhering to quality standards. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrate them into existing projects. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Mandatory Skills: Proven expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, with a strong understanding of its architecture and capabilities. Hands on experience with OpenAI, including familiarity with its APIs and application development. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Platform (MCP) and its services relevant to AI application development. Demonstrated project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies and tools. Excellent problem solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges. expertise on building AI applications with Microsoft AI foundry, Open AI, MCP Preferred Skills: Experience with additional AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of data engineering and data science principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI applications. Proven track record of managing software projects from inception to completion. Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
