Your Opportunity

Location: Stabio (Ticino) or Lomazzo (CO)

In the position of IT HRIS Business Analyst you will be part of a global ICT team which is responsible to act as experts in the global HR systems (such as ORACLE HCM, Learning Management System, Personnel Cost Planning tool etc.) and to drive and implement new initiatives/processes and tools for HR.

You will have the global responsibility to act as SPOC for the application and contribute to the implementation and further evolution of the tool. Moreover, you'll have a chance to develop your skills in a fast-growing team and gain further expertise within the area of Global Support Functions.

How Will You Contribute

You are in charge of:

  • Full project as well as technical responsibility within ICT for ORACLE HCM platform and acting as a go-to subject matter expert in that area.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to design and develop solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes, translating objectives into technical requirements
  • Design, monitor and oversee technical interfaces, develop documentation to keep alignment between business rules and technical implementation of any new system integration;
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to facilitate a successful integration between systems and related business processes
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to key users, and resolution of related issues.
  • Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms /tools.
  • Support the IT HR Services Manager in the implementation of HR systems evolutions and/or coordination of external system integrators activities
  • Support key users in the testing and training phases for the start-up and use of new features and new applications
  • Ensure system compliance with data security, privacy and SOX requirements.
  • Conducting Train-the-Trainer or Train-the-User programs from an ICT perspective.

Who You Are

You are a senior professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with technical and non-technical partners.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent knowledge/experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing and/or maintaining Oracle HCM applications
  • Deep knowledge of HCM processes and technical interface management
  • Good knowledge of Oracle Database and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure integration services are preferable
  • Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English
