For a project at our client with locations in French-speaking Switzerland and Berne, starting on 1 June 2025 , we are looking for an experienced IT-Rollout Supporter who is willing to travel.

In this project, all of our client's employees will receive new notebooks, while the operating system will be updated to a new version and multi-factor authentication will be introduced.

You will be working onsite in Lausanne , Neuchatel , Geneva and Berne . Fluency in English and French is necessary.

Your Tasks:

  • General support of users during the transfer and commissioning of the new devices at various locations in French-speaking Switzerland and Berne
  • Check OneDrive file synchronisation on the old device
  • Set up the new device
  • Connect to LAN / WLAN
  • Find out the users' most important work applications and start them accordingly
  • Support users during the Modern Authentication migration process

Your Profile:

  • High willingness to travel by public transport (or own car), place of residence no further than half an hour from Lausanne
  • Experience in support (technical helpdesk and/or technical second-level support)
  • Experience with PC replacement
  • You are familiar with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Professional appearance, reliable and punctual
  • Technical knowledge (Windows 11, notebook hardware)
  • Experience with Windows / iOS / Android
  • Experience in security and compliance (not mandatory, but preferred)
  • Fluent skills in French and English
