Network Engineer - Apprentice m/f/d

The Core Infrastructure Team is looking for a new apprentice in Network Engineering for living thrilling adventures. You will help us to provide reliable, performant and secure services to guarantee the best Deezer Experience around the world in a resource-efficient way. You will work in a high traffic and high availability environment with interesting projects.

1. Work closely with other teams to understand and mitigate issues
2. Support the Team through RUN and Toil
3. Manage network operations with our provider
4. Deploy services, solutions and tools to reduce Toil
5. Participate in code review

What we are looking for:

1. Knowledge of GNU/Linux systems (we use Ubuntu)
2. Knowledge on containerization (Docker) and Virtualization (Proxmox/KVM)
3. Experience with Ansible, Git, Jenkins, Helm
4. Knowledge of Terraform, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, GKE and containerization (Docker)
5. Experience with Monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
6. Good communication skills and the capacity to adapt, and autonomy
