*Join GRIT – Where Heroes Heal*
At GRIT, we proudly serve those who serve us. Our 15-bed residential behavioral health program is dedicated exclusively to first responders and military personnel. Located just outside Waverly, TN, we provide a safe, structured environment where healing and resilience take root.
We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated *RNs and LPNs* to join our *overnight team (6 PM – 6 AM)*. Full and part-time positions are available (36–48 hours per week), and for added flexibility, we also offer half-shifts (6 PM – 12 AM or 12 AM – 6 AM).
This is not a desk-bound role—you’ll be directly engaged in client care, supporting men and women who have faced the toughest calls of their careers.
*What You’ll Do*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Complete nursing assessments and monitor client health status
* Conduct rounds, track vitals, and collect lab samples
* Provide crisis support and de-escalation as needed
* Educate and encourage clients as they progress in treatment
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure holistic care
* Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards
* Document client progress and communicate effectively with staff and families
*What We’re Looking For*
* Valid *RN or LPN license* in Tennessee
* Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred
* Strong clinical skills in internal medicine and emergency response
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Compassionate, professional, and dependable presence on shift
