Key Responsibilities: As a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in: Leading the design and development of complex mechanical systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and deadlines. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of talented engineers. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Conducting thorough design reviews, offering insights, and ensuring the highest quality standards. Overseeing the implementation of designs, working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and contractors. Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Extensive experience in mechanical design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in advanced CAD software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
