Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned QA Test Lead to oversee the quality assurance and testing efforts for our Oracle Fusion Implementation Program. This role requires strong leadership in defining test strategy, coordinating end-to-end testing, managing defect tracking, and ensuring solution quality across finance modules. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and drive the successful execution of SIT, UAT, and regression testing. Key Responsibilities: Define and document overall test strategy aligned to program phases in collaboration with PMO, GTO, GPO, and Solution Architects Establish testing approaches for in-scope Cumulus platforms including Oracle, OneStream, and boundary systems Coordinate with functional leads to develop cross-system test scenarios and end-to-end test flows Lead test governance, including defect triage and test progress meetings during execution cycles Align test activities with the overall program timeline and milestones Coordinate testing efforts across internal teams, OneStream, users, and third-party vendors Partner with Enterprise App team to ensure availability and configuration of test environments Collaborate with data conversion team to align test data requirements Oversee creation, review, and approval of test scenarios and scripts Ensure traceability from business requirements to test cases, defects, and resolutions Maintain accurate test progress and defect tracking using JIRA Define defect severity and prioritization rules, and ensure timely defect resolution Escalate testing blockers and risks to PMO as needed Provide dashboards and status reports on test execution, defect trends, and test coverage Deliver stakeholder readouts and identify go/no-go risks related to testing Required Qualifications: 1520+ years of QA/Test Lead experience Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementations Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Modules: RTR, OTC, PTP, PTC, EPM Expertise in test methodologies, test case management, and quality assurance frameworks Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing testing in large-scale ERP transformations Familiarity with test automation tools and practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
