What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design and implement next-generation crypto data systems that power the employer's platform Collaborate with stakeholders across various organizations involved in product development and financial operations Shape the strategy and execution path of the Asset Data team Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables utilizing technical expertise
Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in backend software engineering using Golang or similar languages Experience in architecting and developing solutions to complex, ambiguous problems Strong technical knowledge of building distributed systems that handle massive scale Proven ability to lead complex, cross-organizational initiatives and ensure architectural cohesion Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with cryptocurrency technologies Background in both startups and large enterprises
