*Shift:* 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

*What You’ll Do:*
* Lead and support the nursing team with confidence and compassion
* Assess patient conditions and respond with timely, appropriate care
* Administer medications and treatments in line with physician orders
* Keep detailed, accurate patient records and progress notes
* Communicate and collaborate with doctors and interdisciplinary teams
* Provide education and comfort to patients and their families
* Ensure a safe, clean, and calm overnight environment
*What You Bring:*
* Current RN or LPN license (required)
* Prior experience in a leadership or Charge Nurse role preferred
* Solid understanding of clinical procedures and nursing protocols
* Familiarity with EMR systems
* Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
