*What We’re Looking For: *
* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice in Virginia
* Strong interest in building your clinical skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
*What You’ll Get: *
* *Competitive Salary: *$80,000 – $100,000 annually
* *Structured Sign-On Bonus:* Starting at $5,000
* *Student Loan Repayment: *$125/month
* *Continuing Education:* $3,000 annual stipend

*Patient-Centered Scheduling*:
Our therapists see an average of 10 to 11 patients per day, with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups—giving you the time and space to provide truly individualized care.
