*Job Summary: *The Quality Assurance Tester will report to the Chief Operations Officer. This role will be responsible for conducting quality assurance testing of software platforms, resulting in detailed documented findings that will enable developers to take corrective action.
*Major Duties & Responsibilities: *
● Execute the QA Process in the Intelliworx issue tracking system
● Review and analyze change requests in tickets
● Interact with BA, PM, and Developers to clarify and update requirements for testability
● Write test scenarios to define test coverage and other testing tasks
● Estimate time and execute testing under a project schedule, with multiple competing projects
● Execute test cases based on testing scenarios and report results in Intelliworx tracking system
● Complete testing of resolved tickets in a timely fashion and report feedback on outstanding issues
● Write defect reports on issues found and execute the bug life cycle
● Track testing time in the Work Log of Intelliworx ticket tracking system
● Develop and maintain business logic intelligence for Intelliworx software
● Maintain industry awareness of technology and changes revolving around the Intelliworx stack
● Complete and pass security training in a timely manner and maintain best practices for security policies
● Perform other duties as required

*● Unit, Integration, System, Performance, Regression, and User Acceptance testing experience.*
*Additionally:*
● *Priority consideration will be given to candidates with experience using JIRA, XRAY, and 508 testing tools.*
● Availability 8:30am – 5:00pm (Eastern) for scheduled calls as well as occasional ’after hours’ work.
● Must have reliable broadband service
● Must have a smart-phone for two-factor authentication
● Ability to adhere to deadlines and respond to changing priorities
● Attention to detail
● Ability to follow specific instructions
● Ability to provide clear and concise written text
● Ability to work within deadline driven environment
● Complete and pass security training and adhere to security policies
● Maintain industry awareness and a have a passion for web-based technology
● Must be self-starter, self-motivated and self-disciplined

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
