Join our compassionate and dynamic rehab team at *Mid-Valley Hospital* in beautiful *Omak, WA*, with additional coverage at Three Rivers Hospital in Brewster. This *hospital-based inpatient/outpatient* position offers variety, autonomy, and a welcoming community environment.
*Position Highlights:*
* *Pay Range: $44–$52/hour, depending on experience*
* *Housing allowance of $1,000 per month for the first 6 months of employment*
* *Bonuses: Up to $10,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses*
* Schedule: Full-time, part-time, or PRN – flexible to fit your lifestyle
* Setting: Primarily based in Omak with some coverage in Brewster

*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment for patients across the lifespan
* Provide care in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings
* Develop and market new programs to meet community needs
* Educate patients, caregivers, and staff
* Deliver in-services and support interdisciplinary care
* Supervise COTAs in compliance with state regulations
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
* Graduate of an accredited OT program
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Washington
