Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Complete design assignments for varied deliverables. (Includes but not limited to brand development, stage graphics, large format event signage, tradeshow booths, photo ops, branded activations, web design, social media, presentations, etc.)
2. Work closely with the Creative Team and internal stakeholders to develop captivating sales and proposal response presentations that creatively express the vision developed for live event projects, adhering to strict and client-specific proposal response guidelines.
3. Translate ideas and client objectives into strong design solutions-while adhering to brands, strategies, target audiences, and other outlined parameters.
4. Ensure deliverables are on-time, meet objectives, follow brand standards, and are well designed/executed. Ensure files are properly organized and archived on the server.
5. Deliver clean/accurate files, along with spec sheets for production. (Offline and online execution.)
6. Actively contribute to brainstorms, design reviews, strategy meetings, etc. Positively incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
7. Support graphic needs on show site as assigned. (Includes workstation equipment setup/strike, client representative interface, running/editing slides and content on show site.)
Minimum requirements:
1. BA/BFA in graphic design or an equivalent of education and professional experience.
2. Knowledge/Understanding of various printing process's; experience with sending out print-ready files.
3. Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat), Figma, Keynote, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office), Show site programs: Mitti, Millumen, Qlab (experience not required, training will be provided)
4. Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in print and event design. Exhibits strength in design principles: layout, typography, color theory, scale, etc.
5. Support graphics on shows as assigned. Requires some travel and working nights/weekends.
6. Willing to learn new systems as needed. The position is flexible, and requirements may change on site.
