Job Title: UX Researcher ( 100% Remote)

Job Description:

UXR plays an integral and collaborative role in supporting the planning, recruitment and execution of qualitative and quantitative research initiatives.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Research planning & execution (80%) Work closely with researchers and Product/Design stakeholders to understand study goals, participant recruitment criteria, study logistics, technical requirements, and delivery expectations. Support multiple concurrent projects ensuring forward progress and keeping teams informed through clear and proactive communication. Conduct user qualitative and quantitative research Plan and implement quantitative surveys to uncover insights into user behavior and preferences; Craft surveys, analyze data, and present key findings. Conduct in-depth interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiries to unveil valuable insights into user behavior, motivations, and preferences. Additionally, the researcher will strategize research goals, create interview scripts and discussion guides, and distill findings into practical recommendations. Operational team support (20%) Use and develop standard processes and templates to increase the UXR team's efficiency (documenting standard approaches based on audience, study type, etc.) Handle operational tasks for PMs and designers including preparing screeners, filtering and vetting candidates, gathering NDAs, scheduling sessions, supporting data collection, and coordinating participant compensation. Follow research best practices and ensure end-to-end compliance with NDAs and consent forms, legal and regulatory requirements, and data privacy/retention requirements. Experience we are looking for:

3+ years leading user research, ideally a mix of qualitative and quantitative Experience actively collaborating with cross-functional partners, building rapport, and maintaining healthy stakeholder relationships Experience distilling complex data and user interviews into clear and concise and actionable takeaways Supporting or leading project planning, managing timelines, limiting scope creep, etc. Qualities of an ideal candidate:

Detail oriented and ability to stay organized while managing many moving pieces Proactive communicator, creative problem solver Can advocate passionately for user needs, while understanding business priorities Works well alone and as part of a team Curious-minded, eager to learn and share knowledge, passion for uncovering user needs Exceptional interpersonal and observation skills Ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights Familiar with a variety of research methods, basic statistics, and data analysis A plus but not a must:

Familiarity with UX research tools (Ethnio, Qualtrics, UserTesting, etc.)
