Votre profil
- 3+ years of professional fullstack development experience within an agile environment
- Proven expertise in PHP/Laravel development, with strong knowledge of system optimization, scalability, and software architecture.
- Solid hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js, building scalable, performant, and modern web-first user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Experience working with ElasticSearch (or OpenSearch) to enhance large-scale search and recommendation systems.
- Skilled in JavaScript, and CSS-in-JS tools.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (ex. Cypress) to ensure code quality.
- Fluent in English (C1+ level) with excellent communication skills.
- Completed BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Vos tâches
- Develop: Architect, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable features across both frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (PHP/Laravel).
- Innovate: Implement new tools and pages for our career growth platform, ensuring a modern, western-level UX/UI experience for millions of monthly users.
- Optimize: Continuously improve system performance, SEO, and scalability, optimizing both backend architecture and frontend delivery.
- Search & Match: Enhance and optimize our ElasticSearch engine to provide highly relevant job-matching experiences.
- Collaborate: Work directly with the CTO (reporting line) and alongside product, design, and engineering peers in an agile environment.
- Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across frontend and backend, adhering to best practices, SOLID principles, and testing standards.
