Votre profil

  • 3+ years of professional fullstack development experience within an agile environment.
  • Proven expertise in PHP and Laravel, with a strong focus on system optimization, scalability, and software architecture.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles (SOLID, clean code, maintainability).
  • Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch for high-performance search and recommendation systems.
  • Familiarity with CSS-in-JS tools (e.g., styled-components) and containerization via Docker.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of relational/SQL database design and backend best practices.
  • Fluent in English (C1+ level) with excellent communication skills.
  • Completed MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering.

Vos tâches

  • Develop: Backend development by architecting and implementing new features with PHP (Laravel).
  • Optimize: Continuously improve system performance, architecture, and API integrations for speed and scalability.
  • Scale: Work on designing and scaling a system that supports millions of users monthly.
  • Collaborate: Work directly with our CTO in an agile environment to ensure a scalable and high-performance backend system.
  • Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code, adhering to SOLID principles & best practices.
  • Search & Match: Enhance and optimize our ElasticSearch engine to deliver great job-matching experiences.
