Votre profil
- 2-4 years of previous experience in Recruitment, Business Development or similar
- Fluent in English (C1+ level) and German (native/mother tongue level)
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, with a strong academic track record
- You’re not afraid to pick up the phone — with a natural sales instinct, strong communication skills, and a people-oriented mindset, you thrive on building trust-based relationships
- You’re passionate about helping people find the right career opportunities
- You’re not afraid to take ownership of mandates and help grow client accounts
Vos tâches
- Lead full-cycle (360°) recruitment processes across IT, Digital Marketing, and Sales roles in Switzerland — from sourcing and screening top tech talent to matching them with client needs and guiding them through the entire candidate journey, from first contact to offer
- Act as a key point of contact for existing clients, building strong, trust-based relationships over time
- Regularly align with clients to understand evolving hiring needs and priorities
- Take ownership of opening new hiring mandates with existing accounts
- Identify upselling opportunities by proactively proposing talent that fits additional roles or teams
