Votre profil
- 2-4 years of previous experience in Recruitment (external recruitment)
- Fluent in English (C1+ level) and German (native/mother tongue level) **ideally Swiss German
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, with a strong academic track record
- You have some experience on the Swiss market (Swiss, growing up, studying, etc.) (must!)
- You have a natural instinct for sales — you enjoy convincing others, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships
- You’re people-oriented and thrive in roles that combine relationship-building with business impact
- Strong communicator — you can pitch, persuade, and build trust with both clients and candidates
- Naturally curious, proactive, and driven by targets
- You’re passionate about helping people find the right career opportunities
- You’re not afraid to take ownership of mandates and help grow client accounts
Vos tâches
- You will be involved in a 270* recruitment processes of the IT, Digital Marketing & Sales positions on the Swiss scope
- Source and attract top tech talents
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit, skills, and motivation
- Match candidates with open roles and present them directly to clients based on hiring needs
- Guide candidates throughout the entire hiring journey — from first contact to final offer and onboarding
- Act as a key point of contact for existing clients, building strong, trust-based relationships over time
- Regularly align with clients to understand evolving hiring needs and priorities
- Take ownership of opening new hiring mandates with existing accounts
- Identify upselling opportunities by proactively proposing talent that fits additional roles or teams
- Collaborate closely with Business Developers to maintain a consistent flow of mandates and ensure client satisfaction.
