Poste

Votre profil

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage
  • Degree in engineering or a strong background in ATM with relevant IT expertise
  • Experience in ATM systems and familiarity with agile software development (SAFe certification is a plus)
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and collaboration platforms (JIRA, Confluence, Polarion)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize, listen, and engage effectively

Vos tâches

  • Oversee core Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems and manage their backlog
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and agile teams to maximize product value
  • Define and prioritize user stories, features, and operational defect resolutions
  • Participate in Scrum and SAFe ceremonies as a Product Owner
  • Write acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure quality standards are met
  • Occasionally travel within Switzerland and Europe to visit branch offices and suppliers
