The hiring company, a major actor in the Transparency and Traceability industry based in Lausanne, Switzerland, is seeking a skilled & motivated DevOps to support their migration from Azure virtual machine (VM) infrastructure to a modern microservices architecture using Docker and Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have expertise in both cloud platforms (Azure and GCP), with a strong emphasis on container orchestration, GitOps, and cloud-native services. The company´s goal is to accompany SMEs and larger groups towards : - Traceability: with its SaaS platform and different digital solutions to come. - Transparency: with its Digital Transparency Platform - co-related to the SaaS -

Votre profil
- 2-3 years of experience with Azure, including VM infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and container orchestration for microservices.
- Experience with Docker for containerization and microservices deployment.
- Expertise in GitOps for managing infrastructure, particularly with tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to automate cloud resource provisioning.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing migration challenges.
- Highly Valued : Previous experience with cloud migrations, especially from Azure to GCP.
- Highly valued : Familiarity with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments.
Vos tâches
- Lead the migration of infrastructure from Azure VM-based architecture to GCP microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Architect and implement containerized solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring a smooth transition and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to design scalable and resilient microservices using Kubernetes for orchestration.
- Leverage GitOps for automated deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code to manage the infrastructure across both cloud platforms.
- Manage hybrid environments during the migration process, ensuring the availability and security of services.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows, enabling continuous delivery of applications to production.
- Monitor and troubleshoot GCP-based Kubernetes environments to ensure high availability and performance of applications.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure all microservices are deployed in a secure and compliant manner.
- Provide ongoing support for the Azure and GCP environments, optimizing performance and reducing operational overhead.
