Companies on the platform are looking for highly skilled Digital Marketing Managers to join their team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products and/or services. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The salary range for this position is approximately CHF 85,000 to CHF 120,000+ per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Votre profil

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Vos tĂąches

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
