The hiring company, a major actor in the Transparency and Traceability industry based in Lausanne, Switzerland, is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to design, implement and lead their ambitious technological agenda aligned with the existing methodology : To accompany SMEs and larger groups towards : - Traceability: with its SaaS platform and different digital solutions to come. - Transparency: with its Digital Transparency Platform - co-related to the SaaS - allowing the end consumers to be better informed before purchasing. As CTO, you will be at the forefront of shaping their technological landscape, driving forward ambitious goals with your strategic vision and technical expertise. You will lead a talented team of developers, engineers, and IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Votre profil
- Fluent in French AND English
- Experience managing an engineering team in a startup,
- Experience releasing a SaaS web application, ideally B2B, with the SaaS P.O.,
- Strong understanding of web development (backend : Python & Django, frontend : Angular, Microservices, APIs, TDD/DDD),
- Driven to be a great manager, a coach and a teambuilder,
- Self-starter and hands-on attitude: if something is missing, youâre not afraid of digging into it yourself,
- Project and resource management skills,
- Analytical decision-making methods,
- Strong communication and listening skills - able to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical team members.
- Deep software development and architecture skills.
Vos tĂąches
- Lead a team of Onshore & Offshore software engineers,
- Define, lead and deliver on the company's technology strategy and roadmap,
- Ensure the technological resources meet the companyâs short and long-term needs,
- Guide the technology team in achieving technological excellence,
- Manage and optimize infrastructure and data security,
- Establish technology standards and practices within the company,
- Lead strategic partnerships and relationships with various clients including prestigious companies.
