You hold a Master’s degree in Law or equivalent
You have profound post-qualification experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, Service Agreements, Construction Agreements, Software License Agreements)
You are interested in current business trends involving AI, machine learning and prompting, especially generative AI solutions such as ChatGPT; experience with prompting is a big plus
You have experience in planning, managing and executing projects independently and can manage multiple priorities/projects in a fast-paced environment
You have an innovative and proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, solving challenges creatively, and challenging the status quo;

Design automatable commercial contract concepts and language in various ways, including prompting and the creation of prompt libraries
Oversee the evaluation and improvement of the Legartis AI solution and datasets, analyze the AI results and provide legal feedback for further developments
Setup and further develop our professional services to make sure our clients make the most out of the Legartis solution
Lead a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and guiding their efforts in driving our product, ensuring efficiency, and continuous growth
Interact with customers to translate their requirements and to determine how their legal review tasks can be turned into an automated review process
