Companies on the platform are looking for highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialists to join their team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a companyâs products, services, and brand. Candidates will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The salary range for this position is CHF 70,000 to CHF 100,000+, depending on experience and qualifications.

Votre profil
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
Vos tĂąches
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
