- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure
