Votre profil

• Proficiency in test management tools such as Katalon, Jira, or TestRail
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proven experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and make data-driven decisions
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus

Vos tâches

• Test Automation: Implementing test automation where applicable to improve testing efficiency.
• Test Strategy: Developing a comprehensive test strategy, test plan and detailed process for test execution for the project.
• Team Management : Leading and mentoring a team of testers, assigning tasks, and ensuring they meet project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the software meets the quality and reliability standards set by the project
• Defect Management: Managing the identification, reporting, and tracking of defects in the software.
