The company is a Swiss based consulting company, they specialize in Financial Services. They are looking for a Solution Architect for one of their client. Their client is going through a transformation of its technology systems and is ramping up its digitalization capabilities. They are consequently strengthening their Enterprise Architecture Practice. The mission will be to lead the modernization of their platform.

Poste
Votre profil
- Master’s degree in Technology or equivalent.
- You have 3+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect
- You are technologist with a significant experience in the wealth management industry
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in French. Fluent in English.
Vos tâches
- Your main responsibilities will be to make sure the technology maturity of the bank increases, impact of change becomes manageable, software delivery velocity increases over time and ultimately position the bank towards agility.
- Elaborate solutions meeting business and technology requirements in collaboration with project managers, business analysts, subject master experts, infrastructure teams and Security.
- Document the solution designs agreed
- Follow-up over the lifecycle of the key bank technology deliverables to ensure that the solution delivered corresponds to the solution indeed designed and meet the bank's technology standards
- Actively define the current and forthcoming technology standards
- Define areas of refactorings to align existing implementation to the bank's technology standards
- Identify key areas of obsloescence (application or technologies to upgrade of replace)
- Simplify the bank's systems (which application to decommission, or replace, or merge
- and other initiative you think need to be undertaken to improve the technology of the bank
