5-8 years of experience in ICT, experience with NGO desirable
IT Bachelor or Master in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
ICT Certifications (OS, Networking, Security) required
CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CASP, Microsoft Azure AD, AWS or MS Azure Solutions desirable
TCP/IP networking, Routing/switching: design, configuration, installation and troubleshooting of router

Applies system security engineering principles to deliver real solutions to enhance the protection of data, systems, and networks
Provides 2nd level hardware and software support to Country Programs and GSO users
Overview of the performance of existing ICT systems and solutions and propose changes to improve systems efficiency
Designs network security architecture and develops detailed cyber security designs
Updates, sustains and administers a high level of security for in-house security infrastructure
