In a modern office in the heart of Zurich, the hiring company develops individual software solutions for customers from the logistics and retail industry. Using state-of-the-art technologies, they implement future-oriented projects in self-organized scrum teams, from the idea to the final implementation. They are looking for an additional UX/UI Designer (a) to expand the design team.

Votre profil

  • Experience in the conception and implementation of responsive business web applications
  • Experience with popular design and prototyping software such as Figma or Sketch
  • Experience in building, maintaining and further developing design systems
  • Excellent methodical knowledge of user-centered design and agile software development
  • Confident appearance and initiative personality
  • Excellent knowledge of German

Vos tâches

  • Conception and design of user-friendly and responsive business web applications
  • Planning and implementation of requirements workshops, design thinking workshops and design sprints
  • Planning, implementation, evaluation and preparation of qualitative and quantitative user research & usability tests
  • Maintenance and further development of an existing design system
  • Creation of design specifications and close cooperation with the software engineers
  • Customer-oriented advice on the development and implementation of UX concepts
  • Design and implementation of presentations for stakeholders and management
