You will form part of the Talent Agent team, responsible to manage end-to-end recruitment process for our clients from finding the right candidate to negotiating the contracts. You will work closely with one the Team Leads working on the Swiss market, while collaborating with the rest of the team.

Votre profil

  • You are fluent in ENGLISH (fluent/C1+) and GERMAN (native/mother tongue)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology or relevant
  • 3+ year experience in recruitment, ideally experience in the Tech field (IT and/or Digital Marketing
  • Recruitment track record
  • Strong soft skills
  • You are hungry for challenges
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You love speaking on the phone
  • You love working in a fast-paced and quick to change environment
  • You are a true warrior, belief in our mission, and ready to change the hiring industry

Vos tâches

  • You will be involved in the recruitment processes of the IT & Digital Marketing positions on mainly the Swiss scope
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients
  • Support our candidates throughout their recruitment processes
  • Train our candidates to outshine in their interviews
  • Support all other TieTalent departments
  • Be the voice of TieTalent
