Votre profil
- Min 5-6+ years of experience in backend development
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (min 2-3 years working with it)
- Fluent in English (C1) but STRONG PLUS if you also speak French
- Good experience with developing APIs
- Good usage of Git, Scrum flow
- Strong pluses: PostgreSQL, CI/CD, previous team management, React, Vue.js, ElasticSearch, AWS, Salesforce
Vos tâches
- Be the right hand of the CTO
- Assist in the management of the remote teams and hiring of the new ones
- Dedicate 30-40% of your time to hands-on coding in Ruby
- Make strategic decisions with the CTO and manage several projects at the same time
- Coordinating closely with the rest of the departments in understanding the needs, challenges, new needed features, etc.
