Back-end Developer

Votre profil

• They are looking for someone with at least 4 years in a similar role, who is working in Ruby on Rails and/or Python (and Django) and has experience of working on some technically demanding projects, e.g. related to robustness, scalability. But above all, someone who is highly motivated by the idea of joining a passionate team in a start-up environment (autonomy but responsibility, team spirit...)! Fluency in French is mandatory (intermediate-current English an asset). Pleasant working environment (teleworking, discounts on products, annual pay rise each year) etc.

Vos tâches

• Participate in projects related to performance and scalability issues
• Develop and evolve services, REST APIs, and ETL data streams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders as well as other developers, analysts and product owners
• Participate in code reviews with other backend developers and practice test-driven software development (strong focus on code quality, quality over quantity)
• Participate in the development of a site used every day by a huge community
• Analyse and develop in an Agile way high quality features for users
• Suggest and improve procedures around development
