- Erstellung und Management von Angeboten und Ausschreibungen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene in Abstimmung mit dem Account Management und Schnittstellenbereichen unter Einhaltung der allgemeinen Vergaberichtlinien
- Koordination und Erstellung von Projektpreiskalkulationen in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen
- Mitwirkung bei Angebots- und Vertragsverhandlungen, Vertragsabschlüssen und internen Freigaben
- Monitoring und Bid-Tracking hinsichtlich Zeitplan und Kostenrahmen
- Erstellung von Reportingunterlagen und Präsentationen
- Bearbeitung von individuellen Kundenverträgen in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen und dem Account Management
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Angebots- / Bid-Management
- Ausgeprägtes Controlling-Verständnis
- Professioneller Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel) und CRM sowie SAP-Erfahrung
- Kommunikative Kompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamorientierung und Kooperationsvermögen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
