About

• Data Extraction and Cleaning: • Accessing data from various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) • Identifying and addressing data quality issues, including duplicates and inconsistencies • Data transformation and manipulation to prepare it for analysis • Statistical Analysis: • Performing statistical analysis using appropriate techniques to identify trends and patterns within the data • Calculating key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to business objectives • Reporting and Visualization: • Developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI or other visualization tools • Creating interactive and user-friendly visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders • Business Insights and Recommendations: • Interpreting data analysis results to identify actionable insights and business opportunities • Communicating key findings and recommendations to relevant teams to inform decision-making • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: • Working closely with business users to understand their data needs and requirements • Gathering feedback on reports and dashboards to ensure alignment with business objectives • Data Governance and Maintenance: • Ensuring data integrity and compliance with data governance policies • Monitoring data quality and implementing necessary data cleansing procedures Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI: Creating and managing data visualizations within Power BI • SQL Querying Skills: Writing complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Dynamics 365 • Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools like Excel, R, or Python • Dynamics 365 Platform Knowledge: Understanding the structure and functionalities of different Dynamics 365 modules
